In My Mailbox [10]

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren to show off our newest books: purchases, borrows, ARCs, galleys, etc.

Library Loot:

Finally!!! I've been on the wait-list since October, I think. It's about time!

Something Special:

My mom bought it, since she got sick of waiting for Netflix. It was really good, but the book is loads better. I recommend both though. :)

So, what's in your mailbox?

  1. Awww, you mom bought The Help! I seriously need to get the book so that I can finally watch the movie, too! :)

Have you read Ms. Peregrine's House for Peculiar Children yet? I scored a $5 dollar hardcover copy while shopping at the Used Books store in TO few days ago :) The pictures are so wacky! CAN'T wait to read it!!!

  2. I would be curious to read these two books, they sound very interesting. I haven't watched the film mais it's always nice to be able to read the book too, mainly when it's better.

thanks for stopping by my blog

    1. I normally like to watch the movie first, since the book is almost always better. But I didn't even know The Help was a movie until after I read it! Luckily both were good. :)
